First Haircuts

I finally broke down and cut Isaac's hair today -at just 3 months old. His hair was thinning on the sides so the long hair on top was starting to look like a really bad comb over. He did relatively well but he was definitely too tired to handle sitting in the bumbo for 10 minutes while I did it and so he lost it near the end. Is it possible he looks even more like his dad than before??

Quentin Jr. got his first hair cut at just over 1 year old (Jan 2009). He has been a champ at getting his hair cut. He always gets to go just after daddy gets his done and even the very first time sat very still through all of it.

Autumn's first haircut was a self service chop that was limited to her bangs...which took months to grow out. She was 4 years old. This picture is about 1 month later.

A month and a half after Autumn had cut her bangs, I found all three girls in the shed with the gardening sheers (March 2009). Lauren had cut off only one side of her hair (notice how happy she is to have been caught) and Autumn had cut the back of her hair. Thankfully neither of them had cut it too short and the requisite fixing haircuts actually turned out pretty cute. Another good thing - Lexi has never cut her hair nor has it ever been cut by anyone else. Her hair is so thin and so slow growing I am afraid it would never make a comeback if anything ever happened to it ;-).
