Time for Tea

A few months ago Autumn came home from school complaining about having a summer birthday and thus never gettting to bring cupcakes to her friends at school for her birthday. Since my birthday always came during the Thanksgiving break I totally understood her feelings. We decided that she could invite a few of her friends over for cupcakes at a spring tea party instead.

Autumn was a very gracious hostess and I had to smile when she said to me under her breath...I wish people would stop asking for stuff because I really want to have time to eat my own treats....she better get used to that feeling ;-)
